Twomey & Joel B lose; Mark & Joel M win; STANDINGS

Chris John (45-0-2) won a 12-round decision over Daud Yordan to retain his WBA Featherweight Title. John has the most fights without a loss in boxing. Mark moves to 5-1 with 2 KOs.

Amir Khan, of Joel M's Brewed Stew won a 6th-round technical decision against Paul McCloskey. Khan was winning the fight handily when McCloskey was cut by an unintentional headbutt. Khan moves to 25-1 in his career, and Joel M goes to 4-0-1 with 0 KOs.

In the weekend's 2nd-biggest upset, Victor Ortiz beat previously undefeated Andre Berto to capture the WBC Welterweight Title. In an action-packed fight, Ortiz simply landed more punches and was more aggressive. Berto's lack of defense may end up being a problem for him in his career. The loss of Berto moves Twomey to 2-2 with 1 KO.

One of the top rising stars in boxing, Juan Manuel Lopez, had his 30-0 career record soiled by the tough and determined Orlando Salido. Lopez, of Joel B's Loaded Gloves, was landing punches but was simply taking too many hard shots from the rugged Salido. The fight was called in round 8, although reports indicated that the stoppage may have come early. Joel B drops to 4-1 with 2 KOs.
